Grocery shopping takes time that most families don't have. Online options often meant waiting days, getting the wrong products, or paying for items that never arrived.

We wanted the opposite: the same fresh produce, bread and dairy you would pick yourself, chosen by someone who works in the store, at the same price as on the shelf.

• Each store has its own stock. The site only shows what your store actually has, and it's reserved for you while you pay.
• Trained pickers choose fresh items the way you would: firm tomatoes, ripe bananas, the longest best-before date.
• If something runs out, we ask you before replacing it. You approve or decline each replacement.
• Weighed items like meat and vegetables are charged by their real weight, never more than 10% above the estimate you saw.
• Our drivers deliver within the time slot you choose and confirm hand-over with a 4-digit PIN.

We have stores in Kigali, Rwanda, and Toronto, Canada. Prices are in Rwandan francs or Canadian dollars depending on your store, and the site is available in English and French.

If something isn't right, tell us. We refund missing or damaged items without arguing, and every request is answered by a person from the store that prepared your order.
