Terms of service

Isiine operates grocery stores in Rwanda and Canada. Your contract is with the Isiine company that runs the store you order from; its details are on your receipt.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for orders placed with your account.

• Prices and availability depend on the store you choose and may change until you place your order.
• Your order is accepted when we confirm it after payment, or straight away for cash on delivery.
• Items sold by weight are charged at their real weight, capped at 10% above the estimate shown at checkout.
• If an item is unavailable we may offer a replacement, which you can decline. Declined or unavailable items are not charged.
• Some products have purchase limits or age restrictions. The driver may ask for ID.

Online payments are processed by licensed payment providers. We reserve the stock in your cart for a short time while you pay. Prices include or show taxes as required in your country.

You can cancel an order from your order page until we start picking it. We may cancel an order if payment fails, if the delivery address is outside our area, or if we can't deliver for reasons outside our control. Any payment is then refunded in full.

Coupons have their own conditions, such as a minimum order, a store, or an end date. They can't be exchanged for cash. We may cancel a coupon used in breach of its conditions.

We take care to describe products accurately and deliver them in good condition. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law in Rwanda or Canada.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
