Privacy notice

• Account details: name, email, phone number, language and password (stored encrypted).
• Delivery details: addresses, delivery notes and the location pin you choose.
• Orders: what you bought, when, from which store, and support conversations.
• Payments: payment method type, status and provider reference. We never receive your full card number.
• Technical data: device type, app version and basic security logs, such as sign-in attempts.

• To prepare, deliver and charge for your orders.
• To send order updates by email, SMS or app notification.
• To answer support requests and handle refunds.
• To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure.
• To send offers, only if you've agreed. You can stop them at any time in your preferences.

The store and driver handling your order, payment providers, and service providers who send our messages or host our systems. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We don't sell your personal information.

We keep your account while it's open. Order, tax and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires. Security logs are kept for a limited time.

You can see and update your details in your account. You can also ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to marketing. Contact us from your account and we'll answer within 30 days.

In Rwanda you can contact the National Cyber Security Authority's data protection office; in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner or your provincial commissioner.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and staff actions are logged.
